Carbon fiber additive
Production Process Flowchart
Carbon fiber is known as the “black gold” of new materials. It boasts a lightweight yet ultra-strong structure, high modulus of elasticity, excellent high-temperature resistance, and outstanding resistance to acid, alkali, and chemical corrosion. It also features good elasticity, a low thermal expansion coefficient, electrical and thermal conductivity, electromagnetic shielding capabilities, and X-ray transparency. Carbon fiber finds primary applications in aerospace, new-energy vehicles, wind power, rail transit, construction, and various types of equipment and devices. In carbon fiber production, no single element—equipment, processes, additives, or personnel—can be overlooked! Shengwu Technology places particular emphasis on the research and development of additives.
Velosoft VC
Polyacrylonitrile spinning oil, coating and supporting fibers
Spandex BPR
Carbon fiber descaling agent—removes carbon dust adhering to fibers and eliminates static electricity.
Spandex BC
Furnace descaling agent, removes carbon deposits from oxidation furnaces and carbonization furnaces.
Penetrano CF
Carbon fiber sizing agent, which coats the fibers to make them smooth, wear-resistant, highly flexible yet rigid, and boasts high composite strength.
Fluorine-free water repellent
Textiles with water-repellent, oil-resistant, and stain-resistant properties have attracted considerable attention due to their superior wearing performance. Fabrics treated with water-, oil-, and stain-resistant finishes can effectively repel rainwater and oil stains without compromising their original comfort and dryness—making them highly popular among consumers. These fabrics are widely used in umbrellas, tents, outdoor sportswear and equipment, luggage, shoes, leather goods, down products, paper, and other applications. Currently, the market for water-repellent agents is dominated by fluorocarbon-based treatments, which offer excellent water-repellent performance and good wash durability. However, all fluorocarbon-based water-repellent products contain perfluorooctanesulfonate (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), compounds that are extremely stable, difficult to biodegrade, highly bioaccumulative, and capable of severely polluting the environment and posing significant risks to human health.
Adhering to the corporate principle of ecological and environmental protection, SKT has developed and manufactured fluorine-free water repellents that are free from perfluorooctanesulfonate (PFOS), perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), and APEOs, making them highly safe and environmentally friendly. Due to their eco-friendly nature—being both harmless to the environment and safe for human health—fluorine-free water repellents are also referred to as ecological water repellents.
SKT has addressed common everyday issues with current fluorine-free water repellents, such as poor wash durability, color deepening, and wrinkling. Its performance rivals that of fluorocarbon products while simultaneously achieving the goals of biodegradability, safety, health, and sustainable development. It has obtained Level-3 certifications from SGS and ZDHC.

Textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries
Textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries are a class of chemicals used in the textile printing and dyeing process. Their functions include achieving specific dyeing effects on textiles, improving colorfastness, enhancing hand feel, and endowing textiles with special functional properties. They also help boost production efficiency and ensure that the final products meet all required quality standards. Textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries come in a wide variety of types and can be classified according to fiber type, weaving structure, the category of dyes used, and the specific stages of the production process. Alternatively, they can be categorized into three main groups based on the processing stage: pretreatment, dyeing, and post-finishing. As one of the traditional manufacturing industries, the textile sector plays an important role in the global economy. Dyeing and finishing auxiliaries are essential substances in the textile production process, serving to consolidate textile printing and dyeing results. They play a crucial role in the textile industry by helping to meet diverse design and functional requirements for various textile products.
Adhering to the corporate principle of ecological and environmental protection, SKT’s textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries are all certified to SGS and ZDHC Level-3 standards. These include the Ausgen leveling series (such as Ausgen GE liq, Ausgen GN.CN liq, Ausgen 3A liq, and Ausgen PEL liq), the Spandex refining and cleaning series, and the Velosoft series. All products are free from prohibited substances such as formaldehyde and APEOs.
Simplifying the complex, our product designs excel in multi-functionality and adhere to the principle that the greatest wisdom lies in simplicity. We eliminate unnecessary and overly complicated product categories to ensure that, in practical applications, users won’t feel confused or achieve no tangible results. SKT also specially designs products and provides solutions tailored to address challenging issues in printing and dyeing.
