Creating Value from Agricultural Waste 2.0
FiberFromFarm ® What is it?
FiberFromFarm ® Longbao fiber is a novel fiber material made from cellulose extracted from agricultural plant waste. Based on the principle of recycling and regeneration, it transforms agricultural waste into a valuable resource, turning waste into treasure—a truly eco-friendly fiber.
FiberFromFarm ® Longbao fiber is a fiber raw material that is 100% recyclable and 100% biodegradable. It is 100% derived from agricultural waste.
FiberFromFarm ® Longbao fiber is made from various agricultural wastes, including pineapple leaves, banana stems, and oilseed flax straw. It comes in the forms of long filaments, short fibers, fiber fluff, and dissolving pulp, and can be used in numerous applications such as the production of artificial cellulose fibers, yarns, fabrics, garments, and paper.
FiberFromFarm ® The only difference between Longbao fibers is that they are made from 100% agricultural plant waste, rather than from recycled textiles, cotton, textile hemp, or wood.
FiberFromFarm ® Longbao fiber is green, environmentally friendly, and low-carbon, with reduced emissions. It represents a recycling system that transforms existing societal resources into a circular loop, elevating it from a mere recycling process to a sustainable and harmonious system in which discarded plant resources from the Earth interact seamlessly with human society.
FiberFromFarm ® How is Longbao fiber made?
Our process is as follows:
1. SKT recycles agricultural plant waste—such as leaves and stems left over after harvesting pineapples and bananas—as well as straw discarded after flaxseed harvest, which is used in linseed oil production. These materials would otherwise be left to waste in fields or burned, having no further use and polluting the environment. We collect them precisely because they contain some cellulose.
2. The cellulose found in this agricultural waste—a 100% biodegradable organic material—is composed of cellulose, just like cotton and hemp used for textiles.
3. They undergo a lengthy and complex process—including impurity removal, biological fermentation, washing, and physical combing—to produce pure FiberFromFarm. ® Cellulose fibers, available in customized forms such as long filaments, short fibers, and fluff.
4. We will bring FiberFromFarm ® Cellulose fibers are packaged in customized forms and then shipped to manufacturers of fibers, yarns, leather, building materials, and other products, where they are reprocessed into a wide variety of finished goods.
5. The brand uses FiberFromFarm. ® Cellulose fibers are used in the design and production of clothing, luggage, shoes, leather goods, paper, and other products that are widely available on the market.
6. After consumption, the product enters the recycling system for closed-loop recycling.

FiberFromFarm ® How can Longbao fiber be used in blended yarns?
FiberFromFarm ® Based on their source from agricultural waste, Longbao fibers are currently categorized into three types:
1.FiberFromFarm ® BAF, banana fiber, can be processed into various forms and used to produce yarn at ratios ranging from 1% to 100%.
2.FiberFromFarm ® PAF, pineapple fiber, can take on various forms and be processed into yarns at ratios ranging from 1% to 100%.
3.FiberFromFarm ® OSBF, flax fiber, can take on various forms and be processed into yarn at ratios ranging from 1% to 55%.
They can spin yarns ranging from 7 to 32s.
FiberFromFarm ® What is the blending ratio in artificial cellulose fibers?
Fiber producers can choose to add FiberFromFarm to their fiber production. ® the quantity. The manufacturer combines wood pulp with FiberFromFarm. ® Use the pulp mixture. FiberFromFarm ® The resulting fibers are identical to virgin fibers in terms of applicability and quality. They can be used on their own or blended with other fibers—depending on your specific needs and social responsibility goals.
FiberFromFarm ® The significance of innovation?
This is the key to SKT’s innovation: FiberFromFarm. ® Derived from agricultural plant waste, it doesn’t involve cutting down trees that could impact the climate, nor does it encroach on arable land used for food crops—thus expanding the cultivation areas for cotton and textile hemp. In other words, it “doesn’t compete with people for land”! And it also helps reduce the carbon footprint. In the future, FiberFromFarm. ® It will no longer be a supplement to cellulose fibers but rather the primary source.
